Want to keep your browsing history private or clear up some space? Deleting your browsing data in Microsoft Edge is quick and easy. Follow these steps to clean up your browser.
- Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
- Click on the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the sidebar, click Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Alternatively, press Control + H to open history, then click on the delete browsing data icon.
- Select a time range from the drop-down menu—such as Last hour, Last 24 hours, or All time.
- Choose the types of data you want to delete: Browsing history, Cookies, Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now to remove the selected browsing data.
With just a few clicks, your browsing history will be wiped clean, giving you a fresh start every time you use Edge.
